Automatic deskewing requires computer vision processing (OpenCV or similar) which runs best server-side or via WebAssembly. We're integrating this capability into PDF Mate.

In the meantime: Try our OCR tool which can help with scanned documents, or use tools like GIMP or Scan Tailor for deskewing individual pages.
